The Goal
As the property shifted from hay production to cattle operations, the client needed a dedicated space for equipment storage, workshop use, and day-to-day operations.
The building needed to be durable, functional, and comfortable enough to support year-round use.
The Approach
We constructed a pre-engineered metal building designed for efficiency and long-term performance.
To make the space more usable beyond basic storage, we fully insulated the structure and installed radiant in-floor heating—turning it into a conditioned workspace rather than just a cold utility building.
We also built out an office, bathroom, and kitchenette to support daily operations and make the space more practical for extended use.
The Result
A highly functional structure that supports the evolving needs of the property—built for durability, but with the added comfort and usability of a fully conditioned space.
It’s the kind of project that balances practicality with long-term thinking.
